Hushcount is a breathing pacer for personal relaxation. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. It is not an emergency service. Read the safety information before using it.
Using the app
Use a comfortable pace and stop if you feel unwell. Do not use paced breathing in or near water or while driving. You are responsible for choosing when and where you use the app and for keeping your device secure. Do not bypass the pattern limits or use the app to encourage unsafe breath holding.
Free features and Hushcount Repertoire
All named breathing techniques and the listed free session lengths are free. Hushcount Repertoire is an optional nonconsumable purchase with no subscription. The purchase screen describes the features included and displays the price supplied by the store. Features not included in the current app are not sold as part of a future promise.
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under the applicable store terms. A purchase belongs to its store account and does not transfer between Apple and Google. Use Restore to check that account's purchase. Local records and saved shapes are not deleted if access is later refunded or unavailable.
Your data and exports
Your data belongs to you. Hushcount stores it locally; export it before changing phones or deleting the app. We cannot recover a local file you delete. A shared image or exported backup is sent only to the destination you choose. See the privacy policy.
Availability and rights
Device hardware and operating-system settings affect haptics, sound and background operation. The platform table describes the supported behavior. We aim to maintain the app, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation on every device or that a session will produce a particular feeling or health outcome.
Hushcount's software, branding and original artwork belong to OUTWORLD APPS S.R.L. and its licensors. Bundled open-source components and fonts retain their own licenses. You may share the cards you create through the app.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you. For the iOS app, Apple's standard licensed application agreement also applies.
