Outworld Apps does not receive your breathing history, ratings, saved shapes or reminder labels. The app has no account, advertising or publisher analytics service. We do not operate a server for app practice data. Native app-store services process purchases and, on Android, purchase-service diagnostics as explained below.
What stays on your phone
The app stores your preferences, saved breathing shapes, completed practice, optional before-and-after ratings, reminder times and purchase-access cache in its private storage. Ratings are kept only if you choose to keep them. Your phone's operating-system protections apply; Hushcount does not add a separate encryption password.
Consumer health data
Practice dates, durations and self-ratings may be sensitive. They are processed locally to show the history and counts you request. We do not receive, sell or share them, infer a diagnosis from them, use them for advertising, or send them to a health platform. Hushcount has no HealthKit or Health Connect integration.
You can choose not to keep ratings, delete stored ratings, or use Delete all my data in Settings. Deleting practice does not remove your store purchase or prevent Restore. No one at Outworld Apps can recover deleted local records.
Backups, export and sharing
The local data file is excluded from iCloud and Android cloud backup. Android device-to-device transfer may carry it. Export before changing phones: Settings lets you create a documented .hushcount file and import it later. The file contains your private history and any personal names you saved; store it carefully. An export is not password-encrypted.
Sharing a shape sends a flattened image to the destination you choose using the native share sheet. Shape cards contain timings and a derived technique name, never ratings, private shape names or practice dates. Exporting your full data is a separate, deliberate action. Once you send a file, the chosen service's privacy policy applies.
Purchases and system permissions
Apple or Google processes purchases under its own policies. Hushcount receives the store's purchase results and ownership information to unlock Hushcount Repertoire; it does not receive payment-card information. Ownership is cached locally so valid access survives offline use. We do not send purchase receipts to an Outworld Apps server.
Google Play Billing diagnostics on Android
The Android app uses Google Play Billing to load offers and process or restore purchases. Its libraries send purchase-service operation, result and error diagnostics to Google, along with technical information such as device model, operating-system and software-build information, app version, language and country, SIM operator codes, network type, time zone, and randomly generated client-correlation identifiers. Google can also observe the connection's IP address. A software-build identifier is not a unique hardware identifier. Hushcount does not pass breathing practice, ratings, saved shape names or reminder labels to Billing.
These diagnostics are part of Google's purchase service, not a publisher analytics or advertising system. Google separately handles store-account and payment information. Google controls its processing, retention and deletion options under the Google Privacy Policy; Hushcount does not set a retention period for those Google records. Your local practice remains on your phone. Billing diagnostics do not require sending your practice to Google or Outworld Apps.
System permissions
Notifications are optional and requested only when you set a reminder. The app uses haptics and audio for pacing and may keep an audible session running in the background. iOS may show its tracking-permission choice under the publisher's common app setup; either choice leaves Hushcount's no-tracking behavior unchanged.
This website and support
This website contains no advertising or analytics scripts. Our hosting and security providers process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information and time, to deliver and protect the website. App practice is not included in those requests. Azure may set necessary routing cookies to keep a request on the same server; these are not advertising or analytics cookies. Contacting support sends the information you choose to include in your email; please do not include sensitive health information or purchase credentials.

For privacy requests or questions, email support@outworldapps.com. OUTWORLD APPS S.R.L. is based in Romania. We cannot access or delete data held only on your phone; the app's export and delete controls let you do that directly. If our data practices change, we will update this policy and the store declarations.
