I cannot feel the breathing
Open Controls and check haptics and strength. Try Pulses, or turn on tones. Some phones do not support amplitude control; iPad has no vibration motor for this feature. Android Battery Saver can suppress media vibration. Use the feel check to choose an option you can follow comfortably.
I want to lock the screen
Turn on tones first. On iPhone, tones carry the session while locked and the Live Activity shows time left; custom haptics stop in the background. Android's audible session uses an ongoing notification with End. With tones off, a session pauses when the app leaves the foreground or the screen locks.
My purchase is not showing
Make sure you are using the store account that bought Hushcount Repertoire. In Settings, choose Restore. You do not need prices to finish loading first. If prices do not appear, Try again is available on the purchase screen. Offline store failures preserve already cached access.
I am moving to another phone
On the old phone, use Settings → Export. Save the .hushcount file somewhere you control. On the new phone, choose Import and select that file. The export includes personal labels and ratings you kept; it is not password-encrypted. Restore your store purchase separately. Cloud backup is not a substitute for exporting your local Hushcount data.
Can I delete everything?
Settings → Delete all my data removes your locally stored practice, shapes, ratings and preferences. The purchase entitlement is separate so you can still restore it. Files you exported remain wherever you saved them.
Accessibility
Hushcount supports large text, reduced motion, visual-only, audio-only and haptic-only guidance, light/dark appearance and a No numbers preference. Tell us if a control is difficult to use; see the accessibility statement.
